Shipping Policy

After the payment, the products would be delivered to you within 

3-8 business days, depending on your location. The tracking information would be sent to you over an email or message.  

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact at care@esscentliving.com or +91-86172-12766. 


If you wish to cancel your order, you are allowed to do that within 24 hours. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective, then you can send us a return request. Please send a request to care@esscentliving.com or call at +91- 86172-12766.

 

Damage caused to the goods on account of negligence, improper use or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under the exchange/return policy.
