Where does Esscent collect flowers from?We collect flowers directly from the temples.

How has the practice of offering flowers become a problem now?Devotion and faith in our country, has been synonymous with religious practices since time immemorial, which is evident from our generous offerings in the form of roses, marigolds and the million kinds of flowers. About 80 lakh metric tonnes of flowers are disposed in Ganga every year and when these generous offerings turn into colossal waste, it creates a problem that is detrimental to our environment.

Do you use plastic in your packaging?No, our packaging is completely plastic free. In fact, it is completely eco-friendly; we use recycled butter paper, cotton-pouches and cardboard boxes as packaging materials.

How do I use incense?Light the tip of the incense stick/cone/candle until it flames. Once the tip is glowing, carefully blow out the flame. Fix into an appropriate holder on a heat resistant surface.

Do your products contain any chemical?No, our products are completely natural. We do not use any kind of chemical products while manufacturing it.

What is the burning time of your products?Each incense sticks burn for at least 35-40 minutes. Each incense cone burns for 30-35 minutes. Each candle burns for 24 hours.

What are the courier partners available?We deliver our products to your doorsteps. For this, we have partnered with multiple courier service providers that help in shipping products all over India.

How long does it take for the product to reach me?After the payment, the products would be delivered to you within 3-8 business days, depending on your location. The tracking information would be sent to you over an email or message. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact at care@esscentliving.com or +91-86172-12766. If you wish to cancel your order, you are allowed to do that within 24 hours.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?"If the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective, then you can send us a return request. Please send a request to care@essentliving.com or call at +91- 8617212766. Damage caused to the goods on account of negligence, improper use or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under the exchange/return policy.
